All products displayed on my website are handmade items. Due to the nature of handmade goods:

• Slight variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur between items
• Product photos are representative but may differ slightly from the actual item
• Each piece is unique and reflects the character of handmade craftsmanship

I strive to accurately describe and photograph my products, but I cannot guarantee that your device displays colours accurately.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. I accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. I reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email constitutes my acceptance of your order.

For custom orders:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Custom items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless defective
• I will communicate estimated completion times, but these may vary depending on complexity
• Significant changes to a custom order after work has begun may incur additional charges

I ship within Australia using Australia Post and other courier services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Ready-made items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of AnnaPat Crafts and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without my express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnaPat Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of my website or products.

My total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or my products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
